Then I weld on some fairly sturdy panels to the bottom of the
cart that the welder will eventually be bolted on to. There will
also be storage next to the welder:
I needed a piece of sheet metal to make a floor on the storage area,
and this air conditioner boldly volunteered to sacrifice itself:
I just cut out a rectangular piece:
and welded it on:
Then I welded on some uprights:
Now the project is pretty much on hold until the 1/4" steel plate arrives
for the top. So, I'll work on accessories. I want to have some welding
rod holders on the side of the cart, so I'll make some from pvc pipe:
