Combines Standard Pkg. at $61.00 and Plus Tier at $16.00. Plus Tier includes 24 video channels.

HDTV Package -
CT HD Facility Charge - $14.95/ month
Available to Standard Tier subscribers and above.

Cinemax Package - $11.99/ month
Includes 4 movie premium channels. Available to Basic Tier subscribers and above.

Encore/Starz Package - $11.99/ month
Includes 17 movie premium channels. Available to Basic Tier subscribers and above.

HBO Package - $11.99/ month
Includes 8 movie premium channels. Available to Basic Tier subscribers and above.

Showtime/TMC Package - $11.99/ month
Includes 11 movie premium channels. Available to Basic Tier subscribers and above.

CTTV E-Mail Account - $14.95/ month
Includes 1 e-mail account with 24-hour technical assistance.

CTTV Internet PC - $39.95/ month
Broadband Internet to the PC, includes Internet access account with e-mail. (Requires network interface card.)
