- Call our Customer Service office at 653-4000, option 4 and tell us you choose the "no paper bill" option. Switching to paperless billing will help any cluttered mailbox!

- Before accessing your usage information online, you will need to set up a password. To do so, please come to our Customer Service Department at 126 Scioto Street, Urbana with a picture ID.
- Due to the way wireless billing is processed across networks, usage can be delayed up to 72 hours and does not necessarily reflect the final usage you will see on your billing statement.
