To use our Internet services, the customer's access point must be within the specific high speed Internet service areas. Due to geographic and technical constraints, all services are not available in all areas. Top speeds vary by location.
You will need the following equipment:
• Network Interface Card (NIC) - The customer will have to have a Network Interface Card (NIC). It is the customer's responsibility to see that their computer is equipped with a working network card. CT Communications can provide and install this card for you at a one time fee of $75.00.
• DSL Modem - CT Communications will provide you with the high speed modem to use while you maintain this service. The customer agrees to return this modem in good working condition if they terminate their DSL service. If the unit is not returned in good working condition or if not returned at all the customer will be charged for the unit.
If you have more then one computer you will have to have a router or hub. It is he customer's responsibility to see that their computer is equipped with a working router or hub. CT Communications can provide a 4 port router for $70.15 + tax.
High Speed Dial-Up Add On
We also offer a roaming dial-up account for CT Express customers at an additional cost of $14.95 per month.

ISDN Service
One time set up fee of $100.00 per line.
Flat Rate Option (Unlimited Usage) - $86.00 per month in addition to the basic line charges.
Local Measured Option - $19.00 per month in addition to the basic line charges. This includes unlimited voice usage and 30 hours of local data usage per bearer channel. Additional data usage over the 30 hours will be charged at $.02 per minute.
With either option you will receive two bearer channels (each with its own directory number) and calling number delivery. Touch Tone is provided by the customer's equipment and standard FCC charges will apply. This service requires an ISDN modem that is not included in the service.
